Terms & Conditions

Welcome to IBS Business Services. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By accessing or using any service provided by IBS Business Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms stated herein.

IBS business service terms and condition

1. Service Engagement

IBS Business Services offers professional assistance in business setup, PRO and document clearance, visa processing, and associated consulting services in the UAE. Upon agreeing to our services, clients are required to provide complete, accurate information and adhere to the applicable documentation processes as outlined during consultation.

2. Invoicing & Payment

All services will be invoiced in AED and are payable to:

  • Bank: RAKBANK
  • Account Name: I B S BUSINESS SERVICES
  • Account No.: 0333515854001

  • SWIFT Code: NRAKAEAKXXX
  • Payments must be made to the official IBS account. Payments made elsewhere will not be recognized
  • Full payment is required before service commencement unless agreed otherwise.
  • A late payment charge of 15% per week may apply, capped at 30% of the original invoice.
3. Service Modifications

Any changes or additions to the initially agreed services after invoice issuance will result in a revised scope and invoice. Timeframes for service completion may also be affected by these changes.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all requested documents within the specified time. Delays or errors due to incomplete or incorrect submissions are not IBS’s responsibility.
5. Service Availability & External Dependencies

IBS is committed to delivering services on time. However, delays caused by government authorities, third-party vendors, or force majeure events are beyond our control and may affect service timelines.

6. Data Confidentiality

All information shared by the client is treated confidentially and used solely for service fulfillment. We do not share client data with unauthorized parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

IBS Business Services is not liable for any consequences stemming from:

  • Delays due to third-party entities or government processing.
  • Errors resulting from inaccurate client submissions.
  • External conditions such as political disruptions or global crises.
8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

9. Changes to the Terms

IBS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page, and clients are advised to check periodically.
