By confirming our services or completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds are limited due to the nature of consultancy, documentation, and third-party coordination services involved in our operations.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- All government-related, legal, documentation, visa, and PRO services initiated after payment are non-refundable, especially once the process has begun or documents have been submitted.

Service fees paid for administrative tasks, advisory sessions, or third-party submissions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In certain cases where services have not yet commenced:

A partial refund (up to 70%) may be considered if the client submits a written cancellation request within 48 hours of payment.

Any administrative charges, third-party costs, or initiation fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.

Refund approval is subject to management’s review and discretion.
4. Travel & Tourism-Related Services
For services such as hotel bookings, air tickets, visa issuance, and packages:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) in advance.

Refund eligibility depends on the terms and conditions of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

IBS is not liable for delays or refund denials imposed by third-party platforms.
5. Cancellation Due to Client Error
- If services are disrupted due to the client’s delay, failure to submit required documents, or provision of incorrect information, IBS is not obligated to provide any refund.

In such cases, the client remains responsible for any outstanding or pending charges.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds are returned via bank transfer, and applicable bank charges or administrative fees may be deducted.
- If a client disputes a transaction without contacting IBS Business Services for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend services and take legal steps if necessary.

All disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction.
No refunds will be issued due to delays or cancellations arising from unforeseen external factors such as government delays, global crises, system failures, or acts of God.
